Yeah, I love Inu Yasha. Kikyo needs to die. Sesshomaru is hot, but then again so is Bankotsu! Only because he's so carefree about killing people and he looks awesom with his sword. (I can't spell the name of it so I'm not gonna embarass myself ^_^) But I think Miroku is my favorite, even tho I voted for Bankotsu, I love Miroku best!

I soooooooooo wanna marry Inuyasha. he is so hot. sessy isnt. Bankotsu ( i think that is how you spell his name isnt it?) is awesome, almost as cool as inuyasha. Koga has too much pride, but he would be a nice ladie's man. I cant wait until the episode monday night, i didnt get to see the whole series yet, so i have been recording it on the weekdays. I CANT WAIT!!!! i love it when the tension between Kikyo, Inuyasha and kagome is all around. I have watched the secong movie, i still need to watch the first and third, but i cannot wait until AS finally shows it on their .work. AAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! That's exactly what Takahashi did too much of. If the show stopped at 26 or 52 eps it would have been sensational.

But it didn't.

It got old.

Oh my...that's rich. Inuyasha and Kagome's relationship grow? Oh come on, you know right from the beginning how they feel and they ocassionally do soemthing that expresses it, then the next episode is like it never happened. Now that's good story development . And not just a bunch of fighting over and over? I'll grant that it's not as bad as Dragon Ball, but you can't be serious. I mean, there are like 4 episodes without a fight...5 maybe? And I just loved how he spends all that time learning the Wind Scar thingum...and then as soon as he can use it, all his enemies can twart it easily. To be frank, in the anime world there are two creators that are simply fan-whores: Rumiko Takahashi and Akira Toriyama.

The new episodes are alot more awsome than the first couple.......even though their not as funny. nothing can be more funny than Kagome saying sit and Inuyasha's face smashes into the ground That was so funny

If the episodes just stoped erlier in the series, people would have a lot of questions that were unanswered.

There's only 60 episodes translated from japanese to english so far *the japanese ones are alot more exciting.. they actually curse*, I think they're wondering if they should even worry about translating the rest. But I know for a fact that the 3 movies are rad *Inuyasha actually says "shit" in the 3rd movie, left me speechless* . I've got them, and my uncle got me every episode of Inuyasha on ebay, all 60 in english and the remaining 107 are in japanese.

I haven't watched them all yet, but so far, I hope Kagome becomes part demon and they end up getting married and having kids. Kagome being with Inuyasha is alot more exciting than him going off with Kikyo. When you see him talking to Kikyo and interacting with her you wanna reach through your screen and smack him and be like "how dare you! cheating on Kagome! What'd she do to you! SIT BOY!!" anyway, I'm the new girl on the board .

I am a fan of Inuyasha, but I have to say that I got very annoyed when the relationship between him & Kagome didn't progress at all. I feel almost that the series makers got afraid to advance the characters at all, as if the backlash from fans would be too frightening or something! (I have a mental picture of them barricaded in their production offices, as fangirls try to storm the barricades.)

Still, Inuyasha himself remains one of my all time favorite Anime characters. Maybe it's because I just like Dogs so much. I like Koga too.... see, the entire DOG theme. I even have production cels of Koga and Inuyasha facing off against eachother. I'd like to be their den mother!

I really hate it when they stop a series and start it again at the beginning: so damn frustrating!! I feel your pain.

They recently did it to me with princess Tutu, which I was just getting really interested in, after watching 9 episodes. I could have thrown peanuts at the screen, but I didn't have any.

That's why I joined Netflix! Still, so much Anime, so little time.

Wolves and dogs do have common ancestors. I spent a lot of time recently over the summer in the Smithsonian staring at the Wolf/Dog ancestor fossils: so cool. They even have a Dire Wolf skull.

Okay, just to defend myself... you are boys and don't understand the whole thing about blossoming relationships from a girls POV. Yes they fight but it's not the same fight every episode. And you have to think, when other demons heard about InuYasha's new power, the stronger ones would come and try to make a name for themselves, or the nameless demons would be sent out in hordes by the more powerful ones (Naraku) to be used as a sacrifice and show of power. And don't forget that the reason InuYasha got the stronger powers was because his enemies were also getting stronger. Enough of the fighting crap...

Yes, InuYasha is more open about his feelings for Kagome and even admitting that he cares about Miroku and Sango as his friends. It's a development. And Miroku and Sango are getting there slowly but surely. Koga won't get Kagome, because Kagome is in love with InuYasha. I feel sorry for him cuz Koga's cool...

Erienne is right about the relationship development from a girl's POV. It really is all about the communication, even if the communication happens to be fighting and making up!
I did get impatient with it all, because I felt (as I said earlier) that the creators got afraid to advance the relationship and it got stuck in a rut. I really didn't see Kagome as the passive type, and that's what they ended up portraying her as: passively sighing after Inuyasha. Dammit, girl, get a backbone and fight for your man! He's always fighting for you!
Of course, that's just my personality!
